FS: 2GB of PC-5400 DDR2-667 RAM MEMORY - 10-31-2007, 06:47 AM

I have quantity 2 of OCZ's PC2-5400 DDR2-667 Dual-Channel, Gamers-quality memory sticks from their Value-Pro line. Timing: 5-5-5-10. With copper heat spreaders and OCZ lifetime warranty stickers.

I forgot I purchased these - they've been on the shelf for months. Brand new. I just tested them in both a PC and a Mac. Work flawlessly.

Just $70 for the pair. If interested, please email with a contact number and I'll get back to you. Thanks.

No, yours takes PC2-DDR2-6400 memory modules that run at 800MHz, PC2-5400 DDR2 that run at 667MHz.

At $50, I know someone's out there that really wants to upgrade their PC or G5-Mac with another 2GB of RAM.

I thought "2GB of PC2-5400" and "pair" would get the point across. "These" are a "pair" of 1GB sticks for a total of "2GB of PC2-5400" memory.

Not much of a computer guy, I'm looking at picking up a couple of 1 year old Imacs for my kids. Will this memory work in them?

Chris:

I need to know which iMac to be able to tell you for certain. If you post the actual model number and date of manufacture (both are on the back of the iMac), I'll look it up for you. The model number is usually a letter (typically M) followed by a 4 digit number and then two more letters, a "/" and then another letter.

Matt

I've not bought it yet, maybe tomorrow. I'll post it if I buy it.

This is all the info I have from the seller.

It's a 17" iMac with the 1.83GHz Intel Core Duo process. It has 512MB of memory. The hard drive has 160GB
