FS: D2x(sold11.19 price) and D2h(sold.11.20 price) no haggle pricing schedule - 11-09-2007, 11:16 AM

D2x went on nikoncafe.com and one of my partners wants the d2h

thanks all.

For real, let's try a no-haggle pricing.

Both US models I bought new.
Both function flawlessly.
Both have about 30k captures. I'll post the Opanda shots.
Both have expected finish wear.

Both LCD screens have had PDA protector sheets on them since new, ergo are pristine.
As you can see, wear on back is from carry and scraping my belt/cell/pager/belly.
All the D2x rubber cladding is still well stuck. The D2h rubber was peeling and mostly replaced like-new with the factory meter-fix.

http://www.pbase.com/vernix/d2h_d2x_for_sale

Original box and books, ect.
D2h had factory meter fix.

Go to pbase for full resolution shots.
D2x shot (quite amateurishly I must admit) with D2h and vise versa.
And, no, the 45mm2.8P and 105.2.5 are nice body caps and not for sale or included.

................. D2x ..... D2h

Now that is a pretty novel approach to sales. It will be very interesting following this thread. I might try this myself soon. Good luck!

Why Vernon, Why? The D2H sure but the X? Your shots are way too good to give up the X...

Oh, I want (don't need) a D3.

I kept the D2h to use as a backup and never do.

The D3's super-duper high ISO is reeling me in, since I love low light and available light shots.
If I keep the D2x I'll just let it sit around and gather dust I know, so what the heck. I just thank my lucky stars that I don't have to make financial sense! I know for certain it doesn't.

Vernon - Are you going to be selling any of the DX lenses?

actually, this is freakin brilliant. I'd almost go as far as to say you are a genius.

Rather than have everyone contact you with their best offer, usually below what they actually are willing to spend, then you counter offer, and wait for payment, they simply contact you on the listed date and say, I'll take it.

The people who have, or are willing to pay more should buy first if they are serious, if they are waiting for a deal they lose out (the bargain hunters). The people who don't have or are unwilling to pay simply wait till it hits their price range.

And the worst case is, the church gets a new camera, and you pay less taxes. Win win win!!!

Brilliant!!!!!
