That's a good question, Abel. It really depends on the camera and the accessories. I don't have a set limit right now.

Let me know when you can. I'm trying to get a camera fairly quickly. I need time to get used to it before my trip to Cambodia in May.

I got a VERY good deal on ebay for $750 for the body, you may try there, but I'd be surprised if anyone wants to get rid of a D70 this soon unless there is a financial need

I bought a Canon digital rebel with its basic 18-55 lens. I wanted to get an SLR camera now so I can learn how to use it by the time my trip to Cambodia comes around in May. We are going to the Ankowat temple for 3 weeks.

Jim, I'm in the same boat. The lens that was recommended to me on the equipment forum is the Canon 28-105 f/3.5-4.5 II. The reviews on it are very good. I will probably order it later this week.

Even though I have no idea what exactly to get yet, I wanted a lens capable of a 280 - 300 zoom. I've only started looking this morning though.

http://www4.pbase.com/cameras

definitely go there and search thru the make and model lens so u can see what the lenses are capable of...

i also sift thru their database to find out about a lens before i actually buy one...
