FS: Sigma 70-200 2.8 lens for Canon (Houston sale preferred) -- $400 obo

I am looking to sell a 70-200 2.8 Sigma lens I've had since December of 2006, bought used from a TPF member. No box, just the case, caps and lens hood.

I recently got another one of the same type, so this one is pretty much expendable now. It's ugly to look at, but the glass is very clean. One problem with the lens is the manual focus ring is banged up (on the interior of the lens, I think), so at times it sticks when running it to one rack. It does NOT affect the autofocus, though, this only occurs when using manual focus.

This is not a lens to purchase for a seasoned photographer, but for someone looking to get a reliable but well-used 2.8 zoom lens, this is for you.

Would you explain more on the sticking while on manul focus please? I am not following what you have in your post.
