Hey folks, I'm looking for a used Domke bag. I'm trying save some money and don't mind one that's been kind of used and beaten up. I'm looking for a smaller one about the size of the F-5 or maybe a bit bigger...
...anyway, if anyone has one thrown in a closet and not in use, please lemme know.

Guys (and gals) who have one that's worn and tattered, are probably still using it. I'm on my second F2, both of them were bought used and the bottom of the first one's stitching just completely fell apart after mud, fire, sand, being submerged a few times. Whenever the next camera show comes to town, there's usually a pile of them (heavens knows why). The last one in November 07' had a pile of 6-10 F2's mostly in the Sand and Black (grey) variety, and I think one OD green. I picked one up for cheap because it had some bad funk, replaced the insert and bottom board, stuck the bag in the wash. Good as new. ish.
That being said, you could always buy one off of eBay (even the fakes look good) and take it for a drive tied to your back bumper to get it started.

I have an Domke F2, it could fit 1 camera body (with 50mm attached), 1 flash, 3 lenses, 1 pocket cameras, 2 slots for small mag light flashlight, 2 pockets for filters or other camera accesories It's a very good camera bag, it lasts long. Color is a little bit faded after I washed them but it's not tattered. All the cushions are still in good condition no lose thread.
I had it for 10 years. I dont' use it anymore because I'm using Kata bag right now.
Contact me if you're interested.

For the record:
I can fit 2 bodies, 24-70, 70-200, 50/1.8 in the main compartment, 1-2 flashes, triggers in the pockets.
Or, 1 Body (1D) 24-70, 70-200, 50/1.8, flash in the main, plenty of room to spair

Hi Chris,
Thanks for replying my message. The F2 probably is not that big for you, this bag probably useful for you in the future if you're going to expand and add more photo gear. I could send you the picture if you want. It still in good condition, and it was actually my first camera bag that i bought it used back in 1997. Let me know.

I've actually seen the bag before, I'm just looking for something small enough to fit a Leica with just the one lens attached to the body.
I have a backpack for my digital stuff and that fills the need as it hold 4 lens (50 f/1.4, 17-40, 24-70 and 135 as well as a flash and a 5D) with room to spare.
I really am just looking for something small enough to fit the body and a small lens (somewhere along the line of a Domke F5). Thanks again anyway!
Cheers!

Why not just go to a thrift store or army surplus, see what they have in canvas messenger bags, add your own Domke or Billingham inserts?
