Would you sell the 24-70 for $300 even?

$325 is the lowest I'd go. I paid $430 for it 3 months ago and would like to cut my loss to a minimum.

No hard and fast rule, but with the Nikon 18-200VR vs the Sigma 18-200 OS, I think the Sigma is the winner, especially when you throw build quality into the mix.

The Sigma is a great lens, and also a great alternative to the Nikon VR. I've personally never used the Nikon, but the picture quality of the Sigma is great IMO.

I am surprised to hear that. I have used the nikon version and have been wanting a lens like that for my canon as a walk around lens and one I can take to the races with me.
