It's a long shot but for sale is an internally fine 70-200 HSM Macro, the 2nd or 3 current generations in this design. Purchased in October 07' and have the original receipt and box, it didn't come with a warranty card or strap for the case but will include the lens, padded Sigma case, original hood, and tripod ring. Fully compatible with current Canon bodies (digital and film).
The lens HAS been used and will reflect such. There is wear on the lens body, tripod ring, and hood but the glass is still sharp and intact.
Also, the lens is beginning to separate from the attaching body. I haven't gotten a repair estimate and I'd rather just get it out of possible. I can pass on details of how I purchased and copies of purchase documents for repair purposes. Because of the state I will make no guarantees of the condition of the lens or operation but can promise you that it works as of this time. If you're comfortable with it being held together by gaffer's tape (which works) I can do that for you before shipping.
To prove that the lens still operates fully as of this time, attached are two images I shot Friday night when I realized I didn't want this lens anymore.
