Haha. Super Squirrel reveals himself to nobody!

The lens does fine with a 30D, but I really think somebody needs a body that can do the focus calibration thing. It really makes a difference as you can see in the pics above.

Looks to me like a back focus issue in that first image You've got perfectly fine cheerleaders in the background and the NFL logo is the focal point?

well, I couldn't find it in the custom settings menu. doesn't look like it.. dang!
