SOLD: Canon 540EZ Strobist setup

SOLD: I'm doing some spring cleaning and revamping my photo gear.

For sale is a Canon 540EZ flash with all accessories for a complete strobist setup wich includes:

1) Canon 540EZ - used but in very good condition. No damage or dings. Wide angle flash diffuser works just like new. Bounce, swivel head with power adjustable from 1:1 to 1:128th power in 1/8th increments. It also has "Save Energy" defeat switch so you don't have to worry about the flash going to sleep while it's mounted away from the camera. Comes with factory storage pouch.

NOTE: I modified the battery door by filing just enough of the plastic off so the cable could pass through for the Quantum Battery Pack. I didn't damage any of the original innards of the battery housing so you can still use AA batteries if need be. I use a small piece of black gaffers tape to cover the battery door to insure it stays closed. Works real well and almost indecernable.

Used with the Battery 1, the flash recycles in about 2 seconds when shooting at 1/4 power on manual. Here's the flash setup in action at a basketball game. Note I was using the Skyports to remotely fire the flash. Further info about the flash can be found here.

2) Quantum Battery 1 Mod MKZ2 dummy battery pack. Works with Quantum Battery 1, 1+.

3) Kaiser hot shoe flash adaptor - required to connect a Pocket Wizard or Elinchrom Skyport receiver to the flash. The end has been modified with 1/8th in miniplug. Bottom is threaded for 1/4 - 20 thread for mounting on tripod or super clamp, etc.

4) Impact Super Clamp - in like new condition. Only used it a couple of times. Works great.
