If I bought a new one from cameta yesterday it should be the most recent one right?

Yes i dont think you have to worry about it with the bag you got, not sure they made any major changes with it..

+1 I had to get a bag to replace the Quantaray (Ritz/Wolf camera's brand name) bag that the zipper finally gave out on. I went cheap three years ago and have literally hauled that thing over 2/3 of the world. I was reasonably happy with it except for the fact that the zipper gave out too quickly. I thought long and hard and decided to spend the extra $40 for the quality bag. Judging by the comments here, I'm glad I did. I've spent more money having to replace cheap stuff than I would have if I'd just bought good stuff to begin with. It's only taken me 47 years, but I'm finally starting to learn!

I wore out a Domke, and gave a Tenba to my granddaughter. I have had one Tamrac for darn near 20 years, and it is still giving great service! Doesn't look tooo bad, either. I think I got my money's worth!

He could go to the All For $1 store and buy a canvas sack, but that doesn't make much of an impression with the ladies. It's important to impress the ladies because the ultimate goal in photography is to take pictures of ladies without their clothes on. In order to make the best impression you have to have sexy cameras/lenses/camera bags. Sexy camera bags can also be very practical, but they come at a hefty price. But one of the best parts is they come with cool names like expedition, streetwalker, 5 million dollar home, etc.
What cool lady can resist a guy who keeps his equipment in a 5 million dollar home? Mention the name of your bag and the size of your equipment and voila, off come the clothes and you will be posting in Human Form in no time.

Spend the money. It'll be worth it in the long run.
I love my streetwalker....

I have an Expedition 5, very well made and thought out. I would certainly shop for this brand again. It gives you a sense that all your equipment is protected. I had to grin when you mentioned the price being so expensive at 139.00. I paid 200.00 for mine but it was in the "toney" part of town. Even at that price I thought it was a great value compared to other brands I shopped.
