Needed: travel camera bag - 11-22-2011, 12:24 PM

Here's the long and short of it; I need a camera bag (or backpack) that I can use for travel.
I'll be traveling to cabo in a month and Ireland in three months. I don't mind big as long as I can use it as a carry on. I don't want one with the laptop space.
Oh and I'm on a $200 budget. :(

So far I like the lowepro 400aw flip side, but I'm open to any suggestions!

Gear that will travel with me:
Nikon d300(w/ grip) and d200
Tamron 17-50mm 2.8
Nifty fifty
70-300mm 3.5
Nikon sb-600
I will also need to carry chargers, batteries, Gary fong diffuser, memory cards and cleaning kit.

Help? :)

Thinktank StreetWalker Pro - Think Tank Street Walker Backpack

I had used the StreetWalker HD which has a compartment for a laptop for 3 weeks across China last year. I had no issues with it as a carry on either the 777 or the small commuter planes. It fit with no issues in the overheads. The commuter plane had the people with rollers check them in at the plane while my backpack allowed me to carry it on.

I'm still looking for one, too.
The Think Tank Speed Racer is on top of my list right now. Speed Racer V2.0

Hi,
If you don't mind slightly used, I just posted a bag for sale in the marketplace.
I think it would be great for your to use to travel however it does have a small place for a laptop.
I would be happy to send pictures if you would like.

I had similar requirements and did a lot of research and store visits. The Lowepro Flipside 400AW is the best one bar-none if you don't need a laptop pouch. It's also just small enough to fit in the overhead and under the seats of the smallest planes.

That's the bag I bought. I traveled to old Mexico with it and loved it.

I just picked one up from Newegg.com
Newegg.com - Rosewill Shine-View RDCB-11001 Black DSLR Camera and 15.6&#34 Notebook Backpack
with promo code EMCYTZT1012 gets $30 off, a good deal to me, the bag should be large enough to hold everything you have, quality seems ok, and price is just too good for me.
