I second the recommendation on the Urban Disguise bags. But, I think the best thing is to go to Houston Camera Exchange and try different bags. I spent a bunch of time doing that last week, with both Domke & Thinktank bags.

Slingpacks don't work for everyone - I tried them and they just don't feel right to me.

Plus that is a lot of gear. I don't think it would fit in a slingshot 300.
I tried to get one d200 with grip and a couple lenses into a lowepro fastpack 200 and it was much too tight. Had to return it.

My favorite style bag so far for location shooting (not vacations) is Domke shoulder bags. I have the F7 which can hold pretty much everything i have. It's not trendy looking but it's real easy to access on the job. When loaded up it's pretty heavy and not as comfortable as a backpack but I only need to carry it for short periods.

The Lowepro 300, holds all this and then some, Canon 30D-- Canon 50mm 1.8--Canon 70-200mm 2.8L IS mounted on camera with battery grip--Canon 100mm 2.8 Macro--Canon 24-105mm F4L IS--Canon 10-22mm 3.5-4.5--430EX Flash--2X converter--Gary Fong Lightspere II , all will be heavy when you have all your gear ( 18 pounds ) with you, pick the one you like, thats why they have lots to choose from, I do think many people end up with two bags because the first one they bought, they grew out of fast.
