Think tank has a few that might meet your needs. I think the biggest problem you'll have is finding something that you can work 'quickly' out of. I have two backpacks and while each has it's strong points, neither really can be accessed quickly without taking them off.
I own a Kata (don't remember the brand off the top of my head) backpack and it's nice. The interior is divided and holds one body, maybe more if i tried, as well as three lenses and a flash. It also easily holds my computer (12 inch powerbook). The biggest problem i had with it was that it didn't allow for much additional stuff when i travel.
I recently went to a system using the Kelty Redwing internal frame pack. It's a lot bigger, like 3100 cubic inches, and has great weight distribution. It's a front loading frame pack, so i can open up the main compartment completely and have access to all parts of the pack. The other thing i really like is that i can put my domke shoulder bag inside the pack. This allows me to pull the domke out and work out of it when i want/need to. The pack has additional pockets for other things i need on the airplane, books, magazines, etc. It fits in the overhead on most jets and, if i don't have the things packed too full, it can fit in the overhead of a regional jet.
A friend uses the same pack with a pelican divider insert for his large format gear, as well.
Jack Gruber of USA Today wrote a great article on
sportsshooter about his setup.
Plus, if you look around you can find a good deal on last year's style for around $70, which is a heck of a lot less than a lot of 'photo' packs.
