I carry the 550 with a full frame body, 3-4 lenses, 1 flash and all accessories. It's big, but it holds everything I need for a session on the go. The 650 was just taller...I think so you can stack lenses. I can stack some smaller lenses if needed (10-22mm & 50mm) in my 550.
I have the 650 and can carry just about every piece of gear I have in it.

Right now, it contains:

D3
D300 w/grip
70-200
24-70
85mm
TC 17EII
2 sb800s
1 sb600
light meter
xtra batteries
and a little room left over.

Best thing is you can drop in a pro body with a 70-200 with a TC on it lens first and still zip up the bag.

A 17" laptop can slide in the back pocket.

Very handy.

Damn, and I thought I packed heavy.

Currently using Tenba medium shootout bag. I can pack a ton of stuff in it:

I just wish there was one bag for the equipment we carry to weddings, this is just a small list that we carry for a minimum of 3 photographers.

2-nikon D2x’s
4-nikon D200’s
4-nikon D100’s back up bodies
8-SB800’s
3- Demb Brackets
Nikon 17-55 f/2.8
Nikon 12-24 f/4
Nikon 10.5 f2.8
Nikon 85 f1.8
Nikon 105 f2.8 vr mirco
Nikon 50 f1.4
Nikon 70-200 f/2.8 vr
Tamron 28-200
Tamron 18-200
Sigma 50-150 f2.8
Sigma 24-70 f/2.8
Epson P-6000 back up
24 Flash cards 1 to 2 gig
4- Quantum turbo’s
misc cords and cables
Norman 200c Flash w/2 batteries
5- Photogenic AKC 320 strobe heads

6 pocket wizard receivers
5 - Light stands
4-Extension cords

Wayne,

You don't need a bag...you need a pack-mule, a sherpa, and a assitant....might want to add a secret service headset for everyone involved...a large table to hold everything once unpacked and I guess a small tent incase it rains....

I love that you added the extra clothes...I wonder how many times it comes in handy...LOL

Sigma SD1-M Converted to Nikon F & SD14 One Converted to Nikon F and One Converted to Leica R......

I did forget the 4 radios with secret service headsets. As for the change of shirts I do change between the wedding and reception, I have to look neat for the clients we book.

pbyd added 14 Minutes and 2 Seconds later...Double Post Merged Below
