In this setup, would 14 get too much pressure from above? I have always been wondering the hardness of the lens hoods...

Your photo actually reminds me of a suggestion:

just like the lenses, we should have individual threads dedicated to some specific (but popular) camera bags, for the users to post the internal setup of the bags. Because as for me, sometimes I am confused how I should configure my bag :D Maybe you guys are not?
