I was not using my 70-200 2.8 IS as much and I just reignited the flame of that passion when I got it out the bag on my last shoot. after that it stayed on my 5DII for the rest of the session. Here is one of my favorite shots:

I changed from Aperture Mode set to 2.8, Sport Mode and Shutter Mode. I have a Rebel T1i with the 70-200mm f/2.8 IS lens.
I had the lens on AF, 2.5m-00, Stabilzer on, Stablixer mode 2.

Personal experience: without 1D/1Ds series body (i.e., 45 focusing points), it is pretty difficult to shoot sports (getting in-focus and sharp images).

those images can be alot sharper with better technique!

Canon T1i with Canon 70-200 f/2.8 IS. I used sport mode and AV mode. I left the White Balance on Auto (AWB) and think I should of switched it to Tungsten Light.
