Pigeons on Main Street

This is my first post here. After looking around the board I feel a bit intimidated. Try not to be too brutal. :P

This was shot along Main St. in downtown Houston during my first go at street photography.

This is really good, I like it. Specifically, I like the focus on the street and train tracks, and the big arrow. But what makes the shot, I think, is the more subtle motion of the birds, and of the man walking (jogging?) in the background. I love his striped shirt as well!

I think you did a great job with composition, my only complaint might be the statue/art piece in the background -- I can't help but want to see the top of it, as well as the top of the metro station (?). So if anything, perhaps it's cropped too tightly at the top.
