I shot these images on my way out of town last week. Something about the scene drew me. I can't decide which edit I prefer, and I have yet to create the HDR (I don't expect the HDR to do much to improve the shot, but maybe it will).

The second photo. Cropped to about 1/3 of what you have here. Crop the photo from just below the bottom edge of the curb on the right to just above the light on the right.

Where is this? The location has potential.
