Downtown Fort Worth Pano. - 03-07-2005, 11:35 PM

I assume this is the right place to post this view of downtown Fort Worth, I have not seen this perspective too often, and I hope you all enjoy it.
It offers a good view of the new Radio Shack and Pier 1 buildings with the Trinity River in the fore-ground. I took the picture(s) today and this is what I have come up with thus far, Please feel free to let me know what you think!

(pretend that white car roof is'nt in the lower right corner..... )

Ryan, great job! Ive never tried stitching several photos together (Im assuming this is how you created this image). I would be curious to know your setup.

My Setup?........well..... - 03-08-2005, 01:47 PM

My "setup" (if you can even call it that) consist of:

1) Canon S1 IS (all whopping 3.2MP of it!)
2) 52mm Adapter + Lens Hood
3) Filters (ND, Cir. Pol, 1A)
3) 20$ Mini Tripod (hence the roof of my car...)
4) Adobe Photoshop 7.0

And looking to upgrade every aspect of the above VERY soon

Thanks for the Complements and suggestions you have given me thus far!

Nice one! - 03-08-2005, 05:31 PM

Great job with the stitching. The color of the sky is very nice to set the buildings against.

Great shot there. I like the bridge on the right. I hope you don't mind, but I ripped off your idea.
This was 8 shots hand held, witch you can tell. A tripod is a must. And if you look closely you can see my car to. Shot with a Minolta Dimage A200
