Church Perspective Corrected HDR

This is a discussion on Church Perspective Corrected HDR within the City Life forums, part of the Showcase category; I like the drama of the uncorrected shot (and the black and white is working better in my opinion too). ...

I like the drama of the uncorrected shot (and the black and white is working better in my opinion too). The cross is way too close to the top of the frame in the first one, I'd like the crop better if it had more breathing room on top.

I tried my hand at correcting the perspective, I'll share with you via PM if you like since you have "No" on your edit photos thing.

Go to Ace Hardware. Buy a level. Then buy a view camera.
Good luck.

dig this shot, but I agree about perspective... I've always dug shots moreso from the corners of buildings vs straight on. if you use a nice wide lens, it ends up looking pretty dramatic.
