Very nice shot of the skyline.

The lights in the foreground are a bit distracting to me.

You could also do a panoramic crop and cut out the lights and most of the sky.

That's what I was thinking, but those lights are so bright that I get flares from them when they are not in the pic.

It's a cool shot. The only thing is the horizon doesn't look level. It seems to be leaning to the left a bit or maybe that's just my eye tricking me because of the foreground highway.

I took it from the top of a building at my work. But only employees are allowed access.
