NICE! Images like yours validate my recent Fisheye purchase.

Houston does have a really nice skyline. Sometimes, at night, during my work shift, I will take a break and admire the skyline for a while. On a clear night, right after a Norther has blown through, to clear the hazy Gulf air, it is particularly good.

Really like the fisheye shot in #2 and the overhead down the almost deserted street. The whole series is good though.

I was actually hired to shoot for a client that has a presence there. In the agreement, I was able to retain a few images for myself to promote my abilities. Even with Clearence, it still took a while to gain the access. I would say unless you are supposed to be there, it will probably be difficult. And they have since beefed up security. Sorry to discourage. I know my photos make it look easy but anything up close and personal was usually the byproduct of a paid assignment or special permission for those specific times.
