Critique: NC:

Whent back to the Margaret Hunt bridge the other night and took a few more shots. Since it was night I took along my 4' 9" bodygaurd to keep me safe. There were quite a few people out taking photos... even at night.

So tell me what you think.

Love your shots. The proofmark/watermark, not so much.

Nice night shots, Don - I like the moon in the last one (looks like that image could use a slight CCW rotation to get the buildings in the background vertical).

I like. The symmetry of the bridge truly shows in your photos. An earlier search revealed: In February 2005, Hunt Petroleum Company of Dallas generously donated $12 million to the Trinity River Corridor Project. The City of Dallas in turn granted them naming rights to the Woodall Rodgers Extension Bridge. It is now named the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge, in honor of the matriarch of the Hunt family.<< A this I did not know.

Shooting from the Wycliff Sreet bridge a couple of miles north, gives a great view of Dallas skyline bridge included. Late nights and wee hour mornings there's not much traffic but very deserted. There is a Trammel Crow park labeled site in this immediate area. Thanks again for posting these photos.

Yeah the buildings are distorted, I shot this with my 24-70 mm 2.8 and I was at 24 mm when I shot this. I tried to use the Lens Correction tool on Lightroom but it didn't gain me much. When I rotate it then Reunion gets tilted and the horizon looks off.

BTW the last shot is a layered due to the fact that the exposure for the moon is a lot different then the bridge.
