Some Fire images from this past weekends camping trip. Long exposure/gradually moving the camera sideways.

Interesting.
Images 1-3 do not do a lot for me as you cannot tell what is burning or what is in the surroundings.

Image 4: I love the pink color of the coals and how the texture of the wood comes through. The tight crop also works as it takes the surroundings out of the picture (no pun intended).

Image 5: True campfire scene in that everyone is staring into the fire (including the person looking at the photograph with everything else in the peripheral.

Great photos! I could stare into a campfire forever.......

I like the BW best. Seems to pull everything together!
