The general concensus with my UER buddies is that it's a basement that's been paved over long ago and the records may have just been lost some way. It seems that this has happened in several cities like St. Louis and Tulsa to name a few. It's much cheaper to to pave over a basement than fill it in. 'Course, one person did offer the possibility that this is where all the mummified zombie nuns are kept and they've now been released. That's why they've been cropping up everywhere lately. The idea has been tossed around lately that they may have caused some of the flooding lately when they get swept downstream and clog drains. Ok, I didn't say that Urbexxers were sane, but they can be fun.
