I am by no means a PS pro but here is my two cents worth

you did a good job of making the background a solid color but it doesn't look like natural sky to me. maybe because of the contrast between it and the clock

The clock also seems to have lost some detail. darks went too dark or something.

I did an adjustment in levels, ran a noise reduction (noiseware pro), the an unsharp mask.

Wow! that brought back the detail from the bottom lighting. It was very overcast that day so wasn't much detail to the sky. Thanks!!!
