Houston: Canon University - 30D / 40D / 5D Workshop - May 22nd

Canon and HCE have partnered to bring you Canon University — two exciting new three-hour digital camera workshops for the EOS Digital Rebel and the Canon 30D, 40D or 5D cameras.

Taught by Canon technical representatives using content developed by Canon USA, these workshops are designed to present an in-depth look at either the Digital Rebel series and the EOS 30D, 40D or 5D series. Each workshop provides an extensive illustration of camera operation and features, helpful photography information, and digital basics – including printing. Content is heavily based on using images to clearly deliver examples and both workshops will feature a question and answer period.

If you own a Digital Rebel, 30D, 40D or 5D then one of these workshops is a must attend event. If you are on the fence about a new digital SLR purchase, attend one (or both) of these seminars and see if the EOS Digital Rebel XTi, XSi, EOS 40D or EOS 5D camera fits your next digital SLR requirements.

Look forward to meeting you as well. Just spent about five hours with the Canon guys for the Rebel class (and 153 students) tonight. You are in good hands! They brought down two instructors and they are both VERY good, plus one of them roams to answer questions / show you on the camera while the other is presenting. So make sure to bring your camera and get there early for a good seat... we are pretty much sold out.

(I will be the skinny idiot in the back with the lime green Canon shirt on).

I attended the one on May 21st and loved it! Learned a ton of stuff and was really glad I went. I travelled from San Antonio, stayed in a hotel in Katy after the presentation and consider it the best photo money I've spent this year.

I understand it's being repeated again in Austin. I might attend again. However, I prefer Houston to Austin, even though Austin is closer.
