If you didn't go, be jealous! I highly recommend going to Leslie's workshop. There is a little there for everyone. Not only are the images you get simply amazing, anyone can find something to learn.

My big reasons for going was portfolio pictures and to work on thinking creatively and indoors with natural light. I also wanted to hear more about marketing & advertising. Leslie went over that in full detail as well as basics such exposure, composition and processing.

Her Lightroom settings are really fabulous too.

I tried to stay true to doing my own posing since I saw this as a portfolio builder. I think only one pose (in Amy's) was really posed by someone else, but it was so cute I couldn't resist :) The rest were either my doing or the models natural pose. Leslie is a big fan of letting the girls do their own thing with her journalism background, which I really like too.

I am still processing (all day yesterday and this morning), so I have only been loading on Facebook so far. Here are the images so far:

I've gotten 11 new "fans" since yesterday and two business inquiries (I haven't even gotten them on my main site or blog yet). Worth $350 and risking my life on the iced roads? Uh, yea!

When and where do we need to send a dvd and I guess they need seperate dvds?

Also did you get those model releases?

You can either send them all to me, and I will give them to them, or you can send them to each model. Sorry, I haven't done the model releases because I've had major comp issues. I will take care of getting those to the models and getting them back from them today/tomorrow.

If you attended this workshop, I really need to get copies of the images for the brides/grooms that were there. I think I've only received one person's images so far. Thanks!
