This beginning level workshop covers, through live, real-time demonstrations, how to begin using Adobe Photoshop to import your digital photographs, correct them and to prepare them for printing or sending via email.
You will learn, step by step:
- How to set up the Photoshop preferences for the way you like to work
- How to set the color space to get the right colors
- How to use The Bridge to get your images into Photoshop
- What the most appropriate tools to use are and how to use them
- How to get rid of red-eye
- How to eliminate blemishes
- How to fine tune the brightness and contrast of your image
- How to make selections
- How to crop your image for printing
- How to prepare your image for email or the web
- How to send your image to a desktop printer
- How to send your image to a photo lab
The class information is for both Mac and Windows and is applicable to Photoshop (Versions 7 through CS4).
