Photographing body painted models - 04-23-2011, 12:11 AM

I have selected a date to have a Bay Area body painting artist (Check Trina out at www.zhibit.org/trinamerry) come up to Sacramento and do some body painting of 2 models for us to shoot in the studio.

Agenda:

* 2:00 to 2:30 Introduction to the lighting setups and getting everyone dialed in to shoot
* 2:30 to 3:45 Shooting with the first model (round robin and 2 setups)
* 3:45 - 5:00 Shooting with the second model
* 5:00 - 5:30 Wrap up and break down

This will be a fun shoot and different from anything we have done before for a Meetup. Please be aware that the 2 models will be painted with body paint but may also be nude to some degree except for the paint.

The cost for this Meetup is $110 per person via PayPal if you sign up by May 10th. After that it is $125 via PayPal. The group is limited to 10 students and myself. Your fee covers the payment for both models, a promotional release from each so you can use the images in your portfolio, studio fees, and the payment for the body painting artist.

I will also be providing soft drinks and water for the group.

Items you will need:

1. Camera with a flash shoe
2. Wide angle lens (I suggest a 24mm to 35mm)

You do not have to be an advanced or experienced shooter to participate in this shoot. Even though this is being offered as more of an "experience' or "Shooting Opportunity" I will be there to help anyone that needs it.

Tribal theme (we will shot something like this), also this is a shot of our model that is the dancer. We will be doing the "Metallic" look with her though.

This is the other theme were looking to do:

Once I solidify the other model I will post that as well.
