Don't know if it was already mentioned somewhere else in this thread (or another)... But do you know when there will be another one of these?

I didn't find out the suprise that I was getting my 30D until that Wednesday (13th) and didn't see about this until Thursday morning - the same day I got the camera. Was too short of notice to make it.

Canon's site has a calender (I think in the DLC section) that shows their upcoming events. I don't think another one is scheduled for Texas for a few months. They have one in Oklahoma in a few weeks I think.

You will most likely see the workshops back here about the same time next year. I don't believe any other ones are scheduled for Texas this year.

Mike, Is there any way the Canon rep could post an outline or even copies of the slides for us to print out? I've been going over my notes, but some things could still use some clarification. I know it would be hard to reproduce the photos, but the text is what I need help with. The speaker was real fast with that clicker! I wish I had gotten a contact # for the lady sitting next to me. She took pictures of over half the slides... Of course, only afterwards did I realize her brilliance! I thought it was a great seminar, also. (I was at the 5d night) Every technical product should come with such thorough instruction! ~Bronwyn

I was about to mention the CD, but you beat me to it. For those in the Rebel seminar, CDs have arrived at the store.
