Abilene (160miles West of DFW): Creative Photography Class! June 17th

OK - pick a date! We can do it on Sat. June 16th or Sun June 17th. Yes, I realize the 17th is fathers day, but what a nice gift to daddy, right?

And we'll do it in Abilene. We will do some stuff at the studio and then take off to some other locations around town to get your creative juices flowing. Im thinking we'll play with traditional shots w/ a creative twist at the studio, do some funky urban stuff downtown, and maybe peek into a fun venue at the end. AND, since part of the creativity has to do with post processing - we'll end the day with a little with that too.

And if the group gets large enough - I'll get 2 models! One will be casual and the other formal. So you can get some really cool portfolio pieces too with a bit of variety.

OK - dates for mid-June in Abilene seemed to hit a dead split - so I just pick the Sunday class. The registration link is above. We will hold the class at our studio. This is an easy day trip and about 2-3 hours from several major cities. And the Abilene classes are usually small - so if you need extra help, this is a great time to get it.

So, as of now - this is gonna be a tinie tiny workshop. If you are planning on coming PM me ASAP. Im thinking about canceling if I dont here from more people.

OK - since we only have a couple of people for this, this is what I decided to do, rather than cancel on our die-hard person.

#1 We moved the workshop to Sunday.
#2 I have a model lined up.
#3 We are gonna shoot it like a high school senior shoot.
#4 We are gonna do some funky urban looking stuff - casual and formal.

Right now, I'm setting it up like a tag-a-long class - I shoot, you shoot, we chat and shoot some more. With less than 4 people that is possible. If the class size goes over 4, we'll go back to workshop format, (where I dont shoot and me and mike talk a lot).

I wanted to try out some new ideas and since I have the model, thats the tinie tiny class plan.
