Yep, you got it... shameless bump. Would love to fill this with a few more of you fun TPFers before I do a wide broadcast. These last few workshops have been a blast with y'all! I'll be a touch out of touch the next several days, but I will check in from time to time.

Me too Daylon. I started writing down a few questions I wanted to ask although I’m sure most, if not all, will be covered. Don’t worry Fran, I promise to not drive you crazy!

I went back and read this thread again....should I start saving for a lighting workshop??

Good morning all! I just walked in from a refreshing sunrise walk down the beach in Washington. First thing I saw as I stepped out the door was two gulls chasing a bald eagle. Too cool!

So.... Rene... in answer to your question... yes, if there's enough interest in a more advanced lighting class I'll put one together. Not sure if it'll be soon or possibly after the first of the year.

I'll do my best to "jog" you Peter. As for the rest of you... I've received a few communications while on vacation, and they'll get first dibs, but I believe there's one or two spots left. I'll be back in the studio manana.

Sitting in the Portland airport right now Daylon, but will be on Texas soil by early evening. Tell Rick if he's seriously considering it to hustle. I'm down to the last few spots. We'll see you in the next few days I assume???

I believe I only have two spots left, but I'm missing a couple deposits too, sooooooo... if you're planning on attending contact me right away so I don't give your seat away. The rest of you... don't you find sitting on the fence a little uncomfortable????

OK, I've been working on my friend Scott Helberg (the CropLines guy!) to get back out here for another workshop. It worked! He's coming!! (I'm a terrible pest! )

So here's the deal... if you've been wanting to add those remarkable 8x10 crop lines to your camera, you can have it done here and save yourself the time and expense of sending it across the country. And he's offered a special discount to those attending the workshop. Since he couldn't be here for the Jan 07 workshop he's offered to extend it to you folks, and his friends from the Aug 06 workshop, as well. If you can't attend the workshop that's ok. He can still do your crops for you while he's here.

I'm sure we can talk him into another sensor cleaning demo too, which will be an added bonus to the attendees. Oh, and he's offered to man the BBQ for Sunday nights dinner too, so do plan on sticking around for awhile. In fact, bring your swimsuits, spouses and favorite tequila to this part of the workshop. After a long day of learnin' it's likely to get a little "festive" around here!
