Houston: Katy Glamour Shootout - February 16th

Jandrstudios is hosting a glamour shoot out on feb 16th.
with two 4 hour sessions.
looking for 8 photographers for this event.
entrance fee is $100/session

session one will from 10am - 2pm 4 photographers needed
session 2 will be from 2pm - 6pm 4 photographers needed

models attending will be:

there will be a make-up artist on staff.

wardrobe type for models are:
lingerie, swimwear, implied nude, sexy casual.
there will two shooting areas and photographers will need a pocket wizard. two will be available for anyone who does not have one.

One more question, how do you rotate the photographers and models? So far you have 6 models, and 4 phtographers in each session. so, sometimes one photographer will work with 2 models or..... sorry I jsut wondering, cause I never been this kind of workshop before.

The best laid plans tend to go right out the window. With the ratio you are seeing right now you can probably expect a couple of models to no show. That makes it 1-1 sort of. Then you have some models that will be ready to shoot while the others are still getting makeup or changing. I was at the last one of these with Troy and Felix and it all went well. There was always a model to work with as long as you were willing to shoot. That shoot was in the summer and we were scheduled to shoot a garage shoot with a bike and an outside shoot with a Porche. It was hot and if you were willing to go to those areas you had no problem getting plenty of time with the models. We ended up with some decent portfolio work and it was a lot of fun. I would probably do this one as well but money is pretty tight for us right now.
