I've been a big fan of the CoolerMaster cases. Not the fanciest, but easy to work with, laid out logically and I've not had to give any blood sacrifices to them yet. Plus, they come at a good price.

That's why Im going with the HAF-X versus the 932. Plus, the haf-x will hold my new mobo! ;-)

I did it. Today during lunch I bought the HAF-X (942). I love it. I'll post photos in a few days.

I have two Lian-Li cases on top of my desk and the Corsair 800D on the floor to the left of it. I discovered that there is some sort of blue light coming from the case, but since the transparent window faces away from me it has never been an issue.

The Corsair case took a lot more time than usual to assemble a system in. There were several reasons for that. The layout is vastly different that the Lian-Li cases I'm used to working in. Routing the power supply lines and the SATA lines from the hot swappable hard drive bay was new and took a bit of care and thought to minimize potential issues. The last was installing the H50 cpu cooler. I still have a couple additional items to add to the case, such as a Corsair CMXAF2 memory cooler and a 40mm fan for the Northbridge. I've already poicke up a 40mm antec fan to use, but cannot find 3mm screws long enough to mount the fan to the northbridge stand-offs. I'll have to go with a different fan for the northbridge.

The cable routing method in the Corsair Case yields a very clean install with lots of room for air flow.

I only installed one video card. To install more than one I need a larger powersupply and since I'm not into gaming, the cost of an additional video card and larger power supply simply don't factor into my needs.

The motherboard I chose supports the Intel 6-core processor, although it doesn't have USB 3.0 native on it.

When I first started processing on this machine I launched the windows task manager and kept it open on a second monitor. It enabled me to see what was important to Photoshop and Lightroom, cpu cycles or ram. For most edit functions I have never had the system use more than 6GB of ram, but I have watched the processor use all eight threads and actually reach 100% cpu usage on those 8 threads. It doesn't stay at 100%. It tends to bounce around and usually doesn't exceed 80%, but that just goes to show you that graphics processing is cpu intensive.

Learning what I have from this system, I'll build my next system around a six core processor (or more if available), and install less ram.

So...; Where are the pics Sonny?

It's probably too late but another vote for the Thermaltake. I have the 1200W PS and it's a hoss. I don't use anywhere near all of it's capacity so it runs nice and cool, The case came with plenty of cooling fans and drive bays and it's easy to work inside it. It has a big footprint though

I have the Storm Sniper case. It's awesome. Slickdeals.net will have a special on them from Newegg now and again for $100 bucks.

Enermax puts out a decent case with plenty of room.
