have I owned an Apple. Until yesterday! My old slow running Gateway died so my wife told me to buy the Mac Book Pro that I kept looking at. And all I can say is WOW! I may have to set up a reminder to go to the back room and dust off the desktop PC every now and then.

And now for the needed programs. Maybe I should have mentioned this to my wife before the purchase.

I turned my wife towards Apple 2 years ago ... and she now has a hard time working on her mother's windows XP computer. lol.

We are an Apple Family also ... love the OS.

It will be interesting to see if I really turn completely from my PC. I have invested a great deal of money on software which I don't think I can quickly replicate on the Mac.

Thanks for the info.

Yeah, but they are just as bloated on the Mac as they are the PC. Lose-lose proposition.
