A negative scanner will do what you want, and there are threads about that on this forum.
Having been in your shoes, I did not scan every negative or slide that I had on hand. My scanner previewed every image, and I scanned only the ones I wanted. That's your choice.
This will be a very time consuming project, but it was worth it for me. I had to buy a scanner, but I have images that I wouldn't have otherwise, and I was able to resurrect alot of bad ones that I would never have printed before scanning.
Be sure you have lots of storage space before you start, and a system to organize the files so you can find what you want later. |
