Huey Pro Calibration? - 02-25-2011, 12:38 AM

Hey, curious if anyone else is having a Huey Pro go whacky on them?
Mine has been working wonderfully on Win7 64 with the Huey Pro v1.5.1 version since it was released.
This past 1.5 weeks however... some really whacky stuff has been happening with it... it now prompts me EVERY DAY around 6pm to recalibrate it.
I know its supposed to prompt you every 2 weeks, but its now doing it EVERY day...
Thoughts?
I also posted to Pantone Support and their forums.

sounds more like a setting in the monitoring software than an issue with the device

I'm having a similar problem with my regular Huey - all of the sudden, I am continually getting an error message just into the calibration and can't get any further. I have tried everything I know and about to give up.

I've got mine on two monitors and windows 7 64bit. So far it's been working great.

Did you calibrate your monitor(s)? If you ignore the message to calibrate, it'll just keep on showing that warning whenever you log in. If you have dual monitors make sure you calibrate both monitors.
