In the search bar look for Power Options. Select a plan of your choice then go to Change Plan Settings. Next select Change advance power settings.
Scroll down to Processor Power Management and then select Minimum processor state. Make sure it's at 100% and the same goes for Maximum processor state.
As you may already know this will use more energy which will consume more battery power and create more heat.
