Windows 7 upgrade or clean install

1: If you are doing a clean install, install win7 first then update totally. You should have to keep hitting update about 10 times.

2: Install PS, then update that.

3: When updated, go into Edit>Pref> performance and then test for speed.

You will not need to go to individual websites for drivers unless you have a very new chipset, card, or reader.
