I've been thinking of switching to the Mac Book Pro w/ 512 mb video card and 6mb of cache that was released earlier this year in March. I'm wondering though if it would be powerful enough to edit 1080p video? In case your wondering why I plan to buy the 5d mark 2. |

It can do it, but once you are done, it just might take longer to render than a more modern machine. |
