I'm with Tien...I just upgraded to an HP W2408H today. Calibrated it with my Spyder and it moved ever so slightly from the factory spec. Has 0 dead pixels and am loving it in Photoshop.

I use a 24" Dell Ultra Sharp with a Pantone Color Corrector. The color corrector is great and runs about $100 and is called a Huey Pro.
