Poor customer service

This is a discussion on Poor customer service within the Creative Motion Design forums, part of the Our Sponsors category; I have been trying for a month to get my design changed and so far there have been no responses ...

Poor customer service - 04-19-2010, 09:25 PM

I have been trying for a month to get my design changed and so far there have been no responses to my emails, except by Peter Knight who said he would have someone get in touch with me. The last email from him was on April 7 and as of 4/19 I still have not received any response form the "design team".

I guess once they have you they aren't too interested in keeping you.

They may have a different clientele than CMD but I've always been thrilled with the level of customer service from Photobiz.com.

Not encouraging defection,, but......

this is very disconcerting... I was seriously thinking about using CMD for my website.

I actually have had a great response from the design team and love my CMD site. I'm sorry you having this problem.
