How happy are you with your CMD site?

I was/am seriously consider using a CMD template for my website but using a separate service to actually host my site. I am just curious, how happy are you with CMD? and what could they do to make you a happier customer?

Texas Boudoir Portraits has a CMD site but I don't administrate it.
The site seems OK, but my experience is that it's not that user friendly, at least not as much as my personal site by another provider.

I do not have a CMD site, but considered it at one time. There are two pages of customer complaints, reviews, and overall experiences. I went through them and the opinions vary. You might want to read through them on your own.

They are down again today. Fourth time in six months. The last time my site went down it took three weeks to resolve. I hope this time is not the same.

I have been very happy with them. I had them do some custom work, they got it done fast, I love my site. The only complaint I really have is that the shopping cart is not very easy to set up or navigate. However, since I have Smugmug too, it wasn't that big a deal to me. I have been overall happy. However, I have had a couple of unannounced "migrations" that took my site down at critical times. Only a couple of times though.
