Operation Rescue Wedding Pics - 04-01-2010, 01:18 PM

Lililoki suggested that I post this as an assignment of the month.

Mission if you choose to accept is to remove the permanent marker from my wedding pics. I'm including 2 images in which there is detail on my dress. The detail is bead work and bows.

Lilioki is there a particular way I should upload these pics? I noticed that the attachment feature doesn't accept ORF files and that is what my camera/computer put the RAW images as. Will putting the image code from photobucket work or do I need to do something different. Side note: Photobucket isn't recognizing my RAW images... I'll try photoshop and see what I can do there to get these uploaded. (note: photoshop is being stupid with it's "share" album deal... *sigh* see note below)

PM me with your email address and I will send the RAW file to you via my gmail account.

You will never be able to post up RAW images, just JPEGs and such. You would have to email the RAW file to those who are that bored.

After looking at all of the intricate lace on the back of your dress, it occurred to me that I know someone who specializes in image restoration.

His name is Denny Weigand
He's also the guy teaching a Lightroom class in Walnut Creek in May.
I don't know what he charges, but he shows before and after images in his web site.

Take a look and see what you think.

For the rest of you checking into this thread, and unaware of the specifics...
The wedding photographer marked the proofs with indelible ink, and gave them to Carrie.
Then the photographer disappeared.
So it's not as if Carrie didn't want to pay the photographer, it's that she can't find them.

Wow! No here's a creative topic that I had thrown on the back burner! Still there because I got insanely busy with life and didn't send KillJoy any more pics to play with!
