Creativity Exercise #18: Time Warp

Okay, we've done movement, we've done long shutter speed, and we've looked at flash techniques. In this exercise we'll pull pieces from each of those previous exercises to warp time.

The objective is to use light and shutter speeds to capture some aspect of movement...but let's par it down a little more. I would like you to focus on the movement of people. The only rule is there has to be a person, or a representation of a person (like a shadow) in your shot.

Movement does not only mean capture blur, but stop-action too. Also, try to mix things up, show some blurred action where you would normally see stop-action, and vice-versa.

I guess that's, that.

Have fun and good luck.

**Normally I request only basic photo editing, but this time you can do whatever editing you want.

**Each participant can post as many shots as they like, but try not to go crazy.

Next Exercise: 11-01-2006
