Dallas Skyline Shoot? - 10-17-2005, 01:28 PM

Any interest in a police escorted night shoot from the south side of Dallas?

I have a friend that is an officer for DPD, and have talked about meeting up with him in the Colorado/I35E area for some shots. According to him that's not a place you want to be after dark all alone.

If there is any interest I'll try and set something up with him.

Ok, I'll talk to him and see what we can set up. He rotates back to nights in November.

I'll ask him where might be good. He's been on the force for 5 years or longer and has worked downtown nearly the whole time. So he probably has some good stuff.

The Colorado/I35E intersection is a good one too b/c you can get up on the river bank there and you have a full unrestricted view into downtown.

Anyway, I'll check with him and see what the best way to do this is. Would anyone be opposed to tossing $5 in the pot so that we can do this in an official capacity, where he can be in uniform and the whole nine yards?

Depending on when it is I would love to participate. My October is pretty full already and November is filling fast too.

I have no problem contributing $5 for the service.
