lewisville sky after storm

This is a discussion on lewisville sky after storm within the Dallas / Fort Worth forums, part of the Texas category; I shoot this off my balcony about 8:30pm after the storm tore up the apartment complex....

That almost looks like my apartments. I was at the O'Reilly Auto Parts store when it hit and I thought the sky from there after the storm was really cool looking. I wish I had my camera.

I wasn't too far from you (Coppell), and saw that beautifully colored sky also. I thought about getting my camera, but was too pissed about the large tree limb that fell in my driveway! We had quite a few trees down in my area.

well I hope no one was hurt. We had a good deal damage here, but no one was hurt.

We saw just a little of it in Wylie. Based on the direction, we thought South Fork was on fire until we went upstairs to look out the window and figured out it was sunset.
