Seeking a Lady for TFP - 10-24-2005, 09:56 AM

Hello all,

I am wanting to do some old style pin ups and am looking for a lady who might want some nice prints in exchange for posing. If you are interested then email me.

One of the pinups I wish to do will be with an old ironing board and clothesline with clothes hanging behind.

I "inherited" my grandmother's collection of antique (okay, not antique, her mother and her wore them but they are really damn old) aprons. First thought in my mind was to do a shot like you are talking about. Let us know how it turns out! And hey, if you want to borrow a couple of aprons from the 40's - 60's, let me know!

I will probably be getting with you if I do not have the apron I like. My mother has some old ones as well.

Heck you could bring the aprons and pose yourself.

Ha! Funny man......
I'm sure you'll be able to find a model in no time. I love these type of pictures, especially when they do the makeup/hair/everything exactly as it was then. My cousin had a spread in the Hooters Magazine, and one shot was of her in front of a clothesline outside ironing. Looked bad because she looked modern, but had the vintage background. Maybe that's what they were going for.

Lets hope so. I will post some from the session if I find the model.

you could also check some of the modeling sites, like onemodelplace.com and do a search for your area for models looking for TFP, even in a certain age group.....

I have done that before and do not get responses. Hard to tell which models are actually modeling these days. And it does not have to be a model to do the shots.
