Do you know if there will be any vintage VWs at this thing?

I have own three in my lifetime. 1956, 1967, and 1971.

The 1956 was the coolest. It had a porthole rear window and the turn signals were little flags that poped up out of the door frames.

It didn't have a gas gage. If you started running out of gas you just flipped a lever to go to your reserve.

It had a 36hp engine. You had to get a running start to make it up a steep hill.

That '56 sounds like the POS Yugo I had in H.S.

First car I ever owned was a 1966 Squareback. I used to go to these "Bug-In's" as they were called, all the time and find parts for cheap. I would love to go check this out.

Thanks for the tip!

Jim,

I would assume you'd see all kinds there. You know how proud Bug owners are. Unfortunately I already have other plans, but I would've gone. Especially since I was given free entry...oh well.
